TRT Authority

Advertising Disclosure

Last updated February 27, 2026

Transparency about how we operate is important to us. This page explains how TRT Authority generates revenue and how we ensure advertising never compromises our editorial integrity.

Editorial Independence

Our clinic grades, composite scores, and content are produced independently of any advertising or business relationship. No clinic, advertiser, or partner can pay for a higher ranking, favorable review, or preferential placement in our directory.

Our grading algorithm uses publicly available data and applies consistent criteria to every clinic. See How We Grade for full details.

No Pay-for-Placement

Clinic listings in our directory are not influenced by payment. Every clinic is evaluated using the same algorithmic criteria regardless of whether they have a business relationship with us. This is a foundational principle of TRT Authority.

Revenue & Advertising

TRT Authority may generate revenue through the following means:

  • Affiliate links: Some links on our site may be affiliate links, meaning we earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase or sign up for a service. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial content, clinic grading, or recommendations.
  • Sponsored content: If we publish sponsored content, it will always be clearly labeled as such and separated from our editorial content.
  • Display advertising: If we display ads on our site, they will be clearly distinguished from editorial content.

How We Maintain Separation

Our editorial team does not participate in advertising sales or partnership negotiations. Writers and reviewers are not informed of, and have no access to, advertising relationships. Content decisions are made solely on the basis of reader value and editorial merit.
