Transgender Health & Wellness Center is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and the largest trans-led organization in Southern California. The center provides comprehensive support services to the transgender, gender non-conforming, and intersex community across multiple locations including Palm Springs, Riverside, San Diego, and Healing Rainbows.
Mental wellness services are completely free and do not require insurance. The center is staffed by licensed therapists including Marriage & Family Therapists and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors who use trauma-informed, identity-affirming approaches.
