Pricing structure:
- Initial consultation and laboratory testing: $45
- Testosterone injection (every 14 days): $85 per injection, includes B12 treatment
- Hematocrit and hemoglobin testing (approximately four times yearly): $7 per test
- Standard follow-up labs (at 12 weeks and every 6-12 months thereafter): $90
Optional medications including estrogen blockers and erectile dysfunction treatments (Viagra, Cialis) are prescribed based on physician assessment. The clinic operates without upfront payments, supplement sales, or surprise fees. Insurance is not accepted, but coded invoices are provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
