Pricing structure:
- Initial evaluation including physician consultation and laboratory testing: $45
- Testosterone IM injections (administered every 14 days, includes B12 IM injections): $85 per treatment
- Quarterly in-house hematocrit and hemoglobin blood testing: $7
- Standard follow-up labs (conducted at 12 weeks and every 6-12 months thereafter): $90
Optional prescribed medications include estrogen blockers such as anastrozole and tamoxifen when clinically indicated, as well as erectile dysfunction treatments including Viagra and Cialis following initial consultation.
The clinic does not accept insurance but provides properly coded invoices for patients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
