Pellets are inserted using a stainless steel instrument and are typically administered 2-4 times per year, most commonly on a quarterly basis. Optional boost doses are available at 5 weeks post-insertion.

- Boost doses (5 weeks post-insertion): $200-$350

Full payment is required at time of service. Insurance does not cover pellet therapy directly, but the clinic can provide documentation for potential reimbursement of office visits and bloodwork.
