Post-Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) is a controversial condition where men report persistent sexual dysfunction and other symptoms even after discontinuing finasteride. While patient groups report rates of 5–10%, systematic reviews suggest prevalence may be much lower, possibly below 1%.
